Cancellation Policy & General Policy


Cancellation policy:

  • Bookings cancelled 14 days before arrival are fully refundable.
  • Bookings cancelled within 14 days before arrival would forfeit the deposit paid or full payment made.
  • Should guests depart before their reserved stay, no refund will be made. We would be happy to issue a voucher instead.
  • In the event of a No-Show, there will be no refund.
  • All refunds attract a refund fee and can take up to 7 working days to reflect.


General Policy:

  • Check-in is from 2 pm until 10 pm and check-out is by 10 am on the day of departure. Late check-outs attract an additional fee. Please arrange with reception/management should you require an extension.
  • Guests are required to show a photo I.D upon check-in
  • A damage deposit of ZAR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash or card payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, subject to an inspection of the property.
  • Children of all ages are welcome. To see correct prices and occupancy info, add the number and ages of children in your group to your search.
  • This property doesn’t offer extra beds, please phone our office for baby travel cots.
  • Smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms, near the bedroom doors or windows. Guests who smoke must make use of the designated smoking areas and consider other guests at all times.
  • Parties/events are not allowed. The property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests who do not adhere to this will be removed from the property without a refund.
  • Guests need to be quiet between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM. We ask all guests to consider fellow guests and neighbours
  • The property and rooms do not have extra capacity for visitors other than the stipulated paying guests. All extra persons will be charged accordingly.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact us directly via WhatsApp or phone call/email using the contact details in your confirmation.
